2024 ISSAR SUMMER CONFERENCE June 28th – June 30th.

Boundary Search and Dive Rescue Team, is pleased to be hosting the 2024 ISSAR Summer Conference, here in Boundary County. The conference will be held in various locations throughout Bonners Ferry, and Boundary County, with the primary event location being at the Kootenai River Inn and Casino, located at 7169 Plaza St, Bonners Ferry, Idaho 83805.

COST

The cost to attend the ISSAR 2024 Summer Conference is $40 per person, if registered before June 1st, 2024. Late registration, $50, per person. Fees may be paid in advance, or at check in. Make checks payable to Boundary Search and Dive Rescue Team. If paying in advance, please mail a check to Boundary Search and Dive Rescue Team, PO Box 1274; Bonners Ferry, Idaho 83805.

      • Eileen Dam is a historical landmark. The Dam was constructed from 1923 – 1924, and is 50 feet tall, with an original length of 150 feet long. In 1925, during high run off, water began flowing over the dam, and washing out the shale rock on the east side, causing the damn to break.
